Summer Research Projects: In most cases, summer research opportunities will be limited to students who receive the NSERC Undergraduate Summer Research Award (USRA). Please consult the guidelines for these programs.
CHEM 4000 Projects: Students must be enthusiastic about environmental chemistry research and have completed at least one of the following courses: CHEM 3080, CHEM 3060, CHEM 3061. Most opportunities for projects will be during the fall and winter terms. There are rarely opportunities for CHEM 4000 summer projects.
Research Experience Term Courses: Students must be enthusiastic about environmental chemistry research and have demonstrated success in the courses they have completed thus far. Completion of relevant courses (e.g. CHEM 2080, CHEM 3060, CHEM 3061) is strongly encouraged, but not required.
